We currently have an exciting opening for an Customer Accounts Co-ordinator to join a dynamic team based in Newark.Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Manage all administrative duties including accurately inputting customer data to ensure the system is up to date and timely completion of reports alongside any general office duties that are required.
- Maintain a high standard of service delivery and contract compliance and ensuring all issues/queries are resolved including acting as a first point of escalation for any complex customer issues.
- Calculate and produce quotations.
- Utilise the Company software and log customer activity accordingly.
- Assist in the preparation for and attend customer site visits and meetings as required.
- To attend regular meetings with the Operations and Team Management to discuss issues, achievements, and best practice across the department.
- To undertake any other duties which the Company deems reasonable and that you are capable of conducting.
