Why your role matters

The Senior Salesforce Developer lead on the technical development, quality control, testing and implementation of our Saleforce platform across the WorkNest group of businesses and any new acquisitions.

What you'll be doing

Working alongside the Head of CRM, a team of two developers and department heads in Sales, Marketing, Commercial, Operations and Tech teams to support in the scoping and delivery of simple, optimised solutions which enhance client & user journeys.

The Senior Salesforce Developer will own the end-to-end technical responsibility across Salesforce developments.

You will develop Salesforce solutions in-line with business goals and objectives, enabling improved ways of working across the business, as wellas designing and building features, improvements and innovations.

Where you'll be working
Hybrid working with 1-2 days in our Chester office, with the rest of the week at home. There will also be occasional travel across the country to our other sites.
