A new product team is being setup at the FCA in Leeds which will deliver products and product enhancements to our FCA colleagues using the new OmniStudio low code and integration platform of Salesforce.

This is part of a major commitment to ensure that the regulator of financial services is equipped with suitable tooling for its vital role.

Our users are excited at the prospect of rapid and high-quality delivery and populating this team with suitable capability and expertise is a priority.


What you will be doing- Delivering change and operational services for a product within the relevant product group.- Estimating resource, cost and time requirements to make changes to relevant products, feeding into project estimates and shaping and leading prioritisation for the relevant products across the portfolio in collaboration with key stakeholders within the product group, Technology and the FCA. Management of the Products budget, and recharging of actual work completed to sponsoring divisions and projects- Setting and tracking performance against Key Performance Indicators.

The skills and experience you will have

Minimum- Experience in leading the delivery for a complex product or range of products, across the spectrum of IT change and run capabilities.- Experience in service management, incident and problem management to a diverse business- Experience in estimating resource, cost and time requirements to deliver change and run activities across a suite of products- Experience of having responsibility for feature/story prioritisation within backlogs and dealing with conflicting stakeholder prioritisation pressures.

Essential- Experience in capacity, availability and release planning to deliver change- Technical knowledge and exposure to relevant technical architecture, environments, platforms, software industry and business practices

Desirable Knowledge of and exposure to agile practices

- Opportunity to genuinely own products gaining an insight into both Regulation and Financial Services- The salary range in Edinburgh & Leeds is up to £75,000 per annum plus a competitive benefits package, including a non-contributory pension
