About Our Client:

I am exciting to partnering up with a global retail group for a payroll specialist role.

The payroll specialist role is permanent, based in the office which is in East London.

The Payroll Specialist position based in London will involve the following duties:

  • Manage the end to end payroll for UK and Irish employees.
  • Oversea the end of tax year procedure for UK and Irish employees.
  • Deal with all payroll enquires both internal and external.
  • Maintain HR database with the current employees, starters & leavers, employee transfers etc.
  • Assist the HR team with HR enquires and escalate to the HR team complex issues.

The Successful Applicant:


  • Have end to end payroll experience, have experience using the Zellis software is advantageous.
  • Brilliant attention to detail.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially with Excel.
  • Able to work underpressure and hit all deadlines.
  • CIPP qualified or similar.
