Role Overview

This is a crucial role for Voly - the E- Learning Content Creator will map out the foundation of our brand new e-learning platform and be responsible for building and delivering our Voly accreditation course to super yacht crew members.

The E-Learning Content Creator will work alongside the Training Manager and be responsible for the creation and maintenance of various types of training content.

They will be providing user guides and videos to help our clients navigate the software post-implementation.

Our training material supplements the training and bridge knowledge gaps allowing our clients to manage their business and have a better experience.

You must be hands-on with a hunger for learning and self-development.

What you'll do

Development of new high quality digital content on learning platforms to support learning, to record learning activity more effectively and to introduce more online learning as part of a blended approach to programme delivery
Implementation of new learning tools and interactive learning activities on learning platforms to improve the quality of digital teaching and learning
Administration and maintenance of the digital learning platform to ensure effective use of the system
Work with internal and external clients to gain feedback on digital provision to support continuous improvement
Produce training materials that are easy to follow to ensure all clients can use all mediums of training effectively

Requirements:

Handson, capable of independent learning
Enthusiastic with a positive attitude
Flexible and able to think on the 'GO'
Fully capable of working autonomously and within a team
Strong communicator with excellent written and verbal skills
Passionate about sharing knowledge with our clients
A thirst for knowledge and personal development
Accuracy and attention to detail
Experience of producing interactive webbased materials and using digital learning platforms
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Ability to summarise and present ideas logically
Knowledge of digital learning platforms
Proficient in PowerPoint, Adobe, Illustrator

Desirable

Additional language skills will be beneficial
Experience in financial products or software
Commercial background
Infography experience
Experience in MultiCam Capture Lite or ay screen recording software would be beneficial
Experience in Studio One 5 or any voice recording software would be beneficial
Experience in Pinnacle Studio 25 or any video editing software would be beneficial
