**Stock Assistant
£28,047 (£13.83 per hour)
Rural Maidstone - office based
Permanent role
Start date - Early January 2023
Monday to Friday - 39 hour week - Monday to Thursday 8.30am - 5pm and 9am - 4.30pm Friday
25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays)

Medical leave, cash plan, long service awards**We are working in partnership with a marketing-leading manufacturing company in the Maidstone area who are looking for a Stock Assistant to join their busy, close-knit Parts department.

The team has excellent longevity throughout, with the Parts Manger havingworked there for 12 years receiving numerous promotions throughout that time and the majority of his team having been there 6-7 years with two having been there 25 and 10 years.


The successful Stock Assistant will be a keen, committed individual who is a natural team player and thrives on being in a fast-paced, reactive environment The Parts Manager started there when he was 19 with very little experience and is more than happyto give someone else the same opportunity.

Attitude is key for this role


The duties for this Stock Assistant will include but not be limited to:

  • Identifying, picking and packing parts orders for customers
  • Following specific delivery instructions, including export requirements
  • Recording and feeding back any stock discrepancies to the Parts Manager
  • Assisting with stock checks and annual stock take
You will be available to meet with me initially before a face to face interview with my client.
