Internal Sales Supervisor


The role of the Internal Sales Supervisor is to manage the day-to-day operation of the internal sales function in the most cost efficient and customer focused manner while being fully compliant with all relevant legislation, regulation and in line with company policy and procedures.


To ensure a high level of customer service is provided to our customers and manage productivity within the parameters of Health & Safety and Quality.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsibility for internal sales
  • Develop and manage a strong, focused internal sales
  • Ensure high performance levels for internal sales
  • Ensure training is up to date in relation to product and procedural
  • Engage in risk management assessments with group H&S.
  • Responsible for the implementation of company policies and procedures in relation to performance management, H&S, SOP's and SLA's.
  • Coordinate with procurement, transport and warehouse teams to implement SOP's
  • Ensure regular colleague engagement and
  • Manage the flow of information to external sales in relation to project or pricing
  • Ensure administration of invoicing, crediting, filing, scanning, and general admin is kept up to date.
  • Manage sales targets
  • Price list and catalogue
  • Ensure cash sale accounts are balanced in line with company
  • H&S considerations and weekly
  • Oversee the Belfast Trade Counter

KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven track record in customer service management experience, preferably within the construction product supply Industry.
  • More than one year's experience of managing a team in a fastpaced customer service / internal sales office environment.
  • Knowledge of best customer service & administration
  • Proven experience of implementing high standards of Health and
  • Good computer knowledge including Microsoft
  • Selfmotivating, good interpersonal
  • A proven track record of delivering results against KPI's and
  • Strong customer focus and a commitment to providing a quality
  • Good communication skills, with the ability to influence others to deliver
  • Strong time management, organisation, and planning
  • Ability to support and motivate a
  • Commitment to learn and develop new
