Working in a busy customer-facing environment, you will need strong administrative skills to undertake a range of duties, from researching visitor information and updating websites, to taking payments and maintaining databases.

You will utilise your local knowledge, listening skills and initiative, working with a range of IT packages and social media to answer customer enquiries.

The posts are based at the Centre for 15 hours per week, which will include Saturday working.

For an informal discussion about the post, please contact Gail Archer, Visitor Information Manager, on
