    Join us as our EMEA Enterprise Data Steward, a critical role where you'll be at the forefront of enhancing data quality and governance across the EMEA region. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in managing complex data systems, particularly the Master Data Management (MDM) tool, and who excels in a multinational business environment. Your analytical skills, project management prowess, and deep understanding of data management principles will be key in driving our data strategy forward.

    Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the operational aspects of the MDM tool, focusing on enterprise reference data management.
  • Enhance the MDM system's effectiveness and promote its adoption across the organisation.
  • Lead the European Operational Data Board, managing stakeholder consultations and decision documentation.
  • Collaborate with data SMEs and stewards across regions to develop and implement data quality initiatives.
  • Innovate solutions for challenges encountered with the MDM tool.
  • Position yourself as a leading enterprise data SME.
  • Advocate for best practices in data management and continuous improvement.
  • Work with various departments to harmonize data processes.
  • Contribute strategically to key business areas within the European market.
  • Support significant transformation projects, optimizing resources for impactful results.
  • Utilise strong people skills to navigate and achieve business objectives
  • Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Communication, or related field.
  • Experience in project management, coordination, or similar roles; experience in a multinational or European business environment is a plus.
  • Exceptional communication, organisational, and project management skills; adaptability; creative problem-solving; strong analytical abilities; autonomy in dynamic environments; quick learning and application of new concepts; initiative and drive.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certifications are advantageous. Additional training in data management, soft skills, and awareness of data protection regulations (like GDPR) is beneficial.
