    Type– Fulltime Permanent

    We are hiring for a reputable law firm with a strong focus on family law, particularly in the area of children's issues. Currently, our care team comprises five dedicated children panel solicitors across our various offices. The office has a hybrid work setup to facilitate court engagements and client consultations.

    As a Family Solicitor accredited by the Children's Panel, you will play a pivotal role in our team. Key responsibilities include:

    • clients in matters related to child welfare, custody, and guardianship.
    • your accreditation by the Children's Panel to provide expert advice and advocacy.
    • and maintaining relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are understood and met effectively.
    • a caseload independently while also collaborating with colleagues when necessary.
    • proficiency in conducting advocacy and representing clients in court proceedings.
    • the highest standards of professionalism and ethical conduct in all interactions.

    Requirements:

    The ideal candidate will have:

    • by the Children's Panel, demonstrating expertise in family law and child welfare matters.
    • robust client base and a proven track record of successful case management and billing.
    • to conduct advocacy independently and effectively.
    • teamwork skills coupled with the capacity to manage a caseload autonomously.
    • understanding of the Legal Aid Agency's guidelines and the Solicitors Regulation Authority's regulatory framework.
    • communication and interpersonal skills, essential for building rapport with clients and colleagues alike.

    Education and Experience:

    • Solicitor with accreditation by the Children's Panel.
    • experience in family law, particularly in cases involving children.
    • success in managing complex cases and achieving favorable outcomes for clients.
