With a new development in early stages, I have been enlisted to recruit a Lead Interior Designer to join the team on a permanent basis.

This role is pivotal in shaping the overall space planning, design direction and aesthetics of the residences.

You would be working as an individual contributor at this stage, alongside the architectural Lead, to take ownership of all things Interior Design for this particular development.

To be considered for this position, primarily you must have experience working on Prime London multi-unit residential developments.

Strong design and spatial planning skills, excellent knowledge of design detailing, legislation and standards, and proven experience working with a team of external consultants and architects is essential.

This is a career-defining role, well-suited to a design Lead from a similar high-end developer, or we could consider someone from an Interiors Studio, provided you have worked closely with a client on a similar development.
