    We are seeking a highly Mechanical Manager/Supervisor to oversee the maintenance and operation of our main machinery, shaft alignment, props, and engines. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of mechanical technicians, ensuring that all equipment is properly maintained, and implementing best practices to optimize performance and efficiency.

    Key skills will include but are not limited to:

    • Proven experience in managing maintenance operations for main machinery, shaft alignment, props, and engines.
    • Strong track record of supporting Mechanical installation, testing, and commissioning, with proven experience within a supervisory or managerial role.
    • Extensive knowledge of Mechanical systems, equipment, controls, and installation practices.
    • Proficiency in reading and interpreting mechanical drawings, schematics, and specifications.
    • Knowledge of relevant codes, standards, and regulations governing Mechanical installation and safety practices.
    • Solid understanding of installation best practices and industry standards.
    • Strong background in the understanding of Health & Safety regulations and procedures
    • Understanding and able to work with Quality procedures and process
    Qualifications
    • Bachelors Degree within an relevant discipline
    • Strong project management skills with the ability to plan, organize, and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate, mentor, and coach team members.
    • Exceptional problem-solving abilities with a focus on finding practical solutions to complex technical challenges.
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
    • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed
