Deerfoot IT Recruitment is helping a collaborative company recruit a Change and Transformation Project Manager. In this full-time role, you will guide the delivery of transformation projects of varying sizes and degrees of complexity.

You will be operatingremote primarily, but some travel to one of the following office locations will be required -
Woking, London, Bristol, Cardiff,Birmingham, Telford, Liverpool, Manchester, Newcastle, Sheffield, Edinburgh, Glasgow or Inverness.

Salary in the region of £70, ,000 and a wide range of exciting benefits.

In this flexible consulting role, you will be responsible for all aspects of project management, having a hugely positive impact on the business.

Members of the team can be called on to undertake project audits and/or assurance reviews, PM consultancy, andprovide client mentoring and guidance.

The Programme Manager will significantly contribute to the development of methods and expand the knowledge base within the practice.

You will undertake feasibility studies and business case development and be accountable for project delivery to the agreedcost and time parameters.

We are looking for the highest calibre individuals who possess experience guiding delivery within a client-facing customer-supplier commercial environment as a supplier.

You must have exemplary project management and engagement skills with solid previousexperience.

Additional qualifications include:

Proven experience managing projects in the range 1,500 to 10,000 mandays and £2m to £8m direct delivery budget responsibility
Innovation in both sales and delivery
Proven ability to shape propositions and projects that deliver effective business outcomes for clients while managing internal commercial and delivery risks
Excellent people management and leadership experience, with a proven ability to motivate and lead multidisciplined teams

As a vital member of our team and in return for your expertise, inclusive approach and commitment, we will provide a favourable salary of £70,000-115,000 and the chance to join a passionate and welcoming team.
