    Description

    We are looking for an experienced Maitre D for a stunning new-opening in the heart of East London.

    This incredible venue is due to open shortly and will be the 3rd site to an already impressive portfolio of one of the most exciting, expanding restaurant groups in the UK right now.

    Championing local and sustainable produce, seasonal dishes are created by the Michelin trained chef team using some of the finest ingredients available.

    This role will be focused on managing a team of hosts and running a very busy book with around 500 covers a day.

    The Role - Maitre D

    - Leading a team of 8

    - Looking after the 200 cover restaurant and PDR

    - Coordinating with the Reception & Events Managers

    The Rewards - Maitre D

    - up to £70k starting salary

    - 10% bonus after 6 months

    - Quarterly retention bonus and progression with new sites

    The Venue - Maitre D

    - Stunning building in the heart of Canary Wharf

    - 45hrs per week - restaurant closes at 11pm

    - Very high-end yet relaxed environment

    This role is ideal for someone with experience in high-end or fine-dining restaurants in London
