Butler Rose is working alongside one of the global leaders in mobility solutions providing full-service leasing and fleet management services in search for a Reporting Analyst in Northampton.

This is Hybrid role, initially offered as a 6 Month Fixed TermContract to support the existing International Finance Team. The salary is £28 - £30k.

A hugely exciting opportunity within Group Finance Team, to support projects, you will become part of the team responsible for reporting the client's financial results and outlook to the Client Executive Committee, and External Stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Supporting the Group Regulatory Reporting Manager, including a focus on group wide Risk Weighting Asset reporting under the regulatory framework.
Maintaining the relationship with off shored production team, responsible for the preparation of group risk weighted asset reporting on a timely and regular basis.
Relationship management includes process review, task monitoring, support provision, and permanent supervision control.
Key functionality of the role includes process improvement, report reconciliation, and stakeholder presentation. Stakeholders include group Risk, Treasury, Financial Reporting departments and parent company.
Drive process improvement, focusing on data quality and process efficiency through liaison key stakeholders.
Preparation of group permanent supervision controls and data quality reporting.
Contribution to the output of the function in terms of idea generation, reporting development and support of departmental functions.

Skills, Experience & Background

Analytical thinker with commercial awareness and an ability to work under pressure.
Resourceful team player who can build trusting relationships, respectful of others
Productive worker with solid work ethic who exerts optimal effort in successfully completing tasks
Previous project management experience.
