Description:

Dental Practice Manager required for 4 days per week in busy, practice in Nottingham.

We are seeking a highly organised and enthusiastic Practice Manager to join our dental practice at the heart of Nottingham City Centre. As the Practice Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the practice and providing exceptional customer service. This is a key leadership role that requires strong managerial skills and a passion for delivering high-quality dental care.
Duties:
- Organise staffing including sorting out the staff rotas for the practice.
- Line manager duties for the practice team including chairing practice meetings and carrying out staff appraisals.
- Implement effective human resources practices, including hiring and training.
- Collaborate with the dental team to develop and implement practice policies and procedures.
- Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Keeping track of key performance indicators.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the dental industry.
- Previous experience in a leadership role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, staff, and dentists.

- Clinical references covering places of employment over past 2 years (minimum 2 referees)
- Degree certificate
- CPR/AED/Medical Emergencies certificate dated within the last 12 months
