Role Description

You will help manage the front of house day to day running of one of our members club & private offices based in Central London, ensuring that effective support is put in place for the club to run at its maximum productivity. You will help carrying out the Company mission, providing the operational platform for their business to deliver the most beautiful experience to the client.

You will report to the Founders / Managing Director. We are looking for a very presentable friendly, customer serviced focused operator who is passionate about wonderful service. The position is a 'hands on' role and will require solving clients inquiries, overlooking the H&S of the club building, as well as showing potential clients around our beautiful buildings.

The ideal candidate will have an ability to create and maintain an efficient system of operation to support the business needs. To ensure the seamless running of one of its London based clubs in an efficient and effective manner delivering the highest possible standards of service. The candidate should be comfortable multitasking and working cross-functionally with different business units and leaders.
