Description

A partner-led Building Consultancy, who specialises in Building Surveying and Project Management, is now hoping to take on a forward thinking Building Surveyor to join their Central London team.

The Building Surveyor's role

As the successful Building Surveyor, you'll be joining an established team of 21 other Building Surveyors, working on a broad range of professional and project work across only the commercial sector.

You, as the new Building Surveyor, will benefit from working on retail, industrial and office schemes across the West End and City of London.

There will be ample opportunity for progression for the right Building Surveyor, with clear pathways to Partnershipand ongoing training and support.

The successful Building Surveyor will have

MRICS accreditation ideally, or be close to APC finish with experience
Previous consultancy/private practice experience
Strong commercial sector knowledge and experience
Both professional and project services interest
Commercially driven, good communicator and focused attitude

In return?
- £50,000 - £60,000
