We're looking for a
Quality Administrator to join our Major Projects Devonport team based in Plymouth, Devon. Within this role you can enjoy 26 days annual leave, sharesave scheme, family friendly policies and even more.

Responsibilities


As a Quality Administrator you'll be working within the Major Projects team supporting the Devonport dockyard refurbishment of 10 dock.


Your day to day will include:

  • Assist with the administration of quality related documented information within the project
  • Scanning & filing of project quality information
  • Compiling project quality documentation both manually and electronically, including Lifetime Quality Records and Product Approval Records
  • Contributing to the tracking of project information using Excel spreadsheets
  • Collate and report on the status of project, subcontractor and supplier quality documented information (e.g. test results, delivery information).

Who are we looking for?
This role of Quality Administrator is great for you if:

  • Previous Admin or Doc Control experience
  • Experience with PDF editing
  • High level of IT skills including Microsoft 365, Word, Excel, Powerpoint & digital filing
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in highly regulated environments
