- Contract Type - 12 month fixed term contract starting August 2024
- Location - The role could be based at either our Bracknell or London campus based on your preference. Our London office is relocating from Victoria to Pimlico during the summer of 2024
- Working Pattern - We offer a hybrid working approach allowing flexibility between office and home working to suit your needs and business requirements.
- Salary range - The salary range for this role is £52,600 - £79,200
- Co-own the social impact and health action plan, methodology for impact assessment, and communication of results
- Promote a high-quality social impact Pan-Partnership programme at the local community level.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective delivery and positive profiling of social impact engagement.
- Manage charity partnerships, ensuring strong relationships and meeting fundraising targets.
- Oversee programmes supporting health and wellbeing of customers and communities, driving impact reviews and enhancements.
- Participate in the Building Happier Futures Committee of John Lewis Partnership Foundation.
- Ensure legal compliance in all charitable and community activities.
- Manage reporting, impact measurement, and budget responsibilities.
- Lead a team of 2 direct reports.
- Degree-level qualification or relevant experience
- Proven experience in delivering social impact programmes with diverse stakeholders
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Effective stakeholder management and organizational skills
- Passion for Ethics & Sustainability, especially in social impact and health
