    The Client

    Our client is a successful Investment Management and Wealth Management firm with exciting growth prospects.

    The Role

    The Senior Fund Operations Analyst will assist in building out of processes around Fund Operations as well as support the creation and ongoing administration of new sub-funds within existing UCITS structures.

    The Senior Fund Operations Analyst will be highly experienced around the day-to-day reconciliation and administration of Funds and the Operational processes with working knowledge of hedged share classes and subsequent administration being highly desirable.

    Perform day to day fund administration of in-house managed funds including; daily cash subscription and withdrawal monitoring, FX administration, Cash and stock reconciliation and facilitating margin calls.

    The Senior Fund Operations Analyst will perform daily and monthly reconciliations of the firm's books and records to that of fund custodians and external financial institutions and will perform daily trade settlement processing and engage with custodians to ensure the accuracy of Corporate Actions.

    The Senior Fund Operations Analyst will manage the relationship with the firm's Discretionary Fund Managers, Custody Services and external parties in relation to Funds and EAM activity.

    The Senior Fund Operations Analyst will produce and maintain policies, procedures and workflows relating to the creation and day to day maintenance of fund management.

    The Candidate

    3-5 years working within Fund Investment Operations environment with a solid understanding of Wealth Management Services and the Wealth Management industry as a whole

    In-depth understanding of fund operations with working knowledge of hedged share classes and associated areas within investment operations

    Experience of reconciliation processes to the standards outlined in CASS 6 and 7 - advantageous (however training can be provided)

    Excellent Excel skills / Microsoft Office Suite

    VBA and basic level of SQL for querying data bases - desirable
