Aptos Technical Consultant

Synchro are working closely with a large retail client who are seeking an experienced Aptos Technical Consultant to join their dedicated support team. You will play a key role in providing technical support, configuration and implementation using Aptos 6.4. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with industry-leading technology and collaborate with a diverse team of professionals.

This role will be based out of the organisations headquarters in Gloucestershire, however extensive remote working is on offer here.

Key Responsibilities

Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients using Aptos retail solutions.

Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, phone, or ticketing system, and resolve issues in a timely manner.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and implementation specialists to address complex technical challenges.

Document support activities, solutions, and best practices to create a knowledge base for internal and external use.

Conduct training sessions for clients to enhance their understanding of Aptos software functionality and usage.

Requirements

Proficiency in Aptos retail solutions, specifically in Aptos 6.4.

Strong configuration and implementation skills as well as experience of troubleshooting and problem-solving broadly across Aptos.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

Experience with Rollout and installation of Aptos, as well as working knowledge of Active directory, LANDesk, Networking and Tooling.

Role Summary

Role: Aptos Technical Consultant - Contract

Location: Gloucestershire - with extensive remote working

Duration: 6 months initially

Day Rate: £500 - £600 per day OUTSIDE of IR35.
