    Are you a driven and ambitious individual with a retail background?

    Interesting National Account Manager opportunity to take charge of a key country within the largest revenue region for a well known consumer good FMCG organisation. As an integral part of the team, you will craft and deliver robust commercial plans while managing key internal and external stakeholders.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement a strategy to accelerate market share within dedicated accounts.
    • Embrace consumer shopping behaviours and leverage digital consumer journey understanding.
    • Enhance brand and financial performance across all retailer platforms.
    • Focus on the execution and management of New Product Development (NPD).
    • Engage in elevated internal interaction, networking, and cross-functional team engagement.

    The Role

    What You'll Be Doing:

    • Influence and implement global and regional brand strategies, including merchandising standards and pricing strategies.
    • Understand channels, customers, and the competitive landscape, being mindful of the wider team's impact.
    • Collaborate with internal marketing and brand teams to identify expansion opportunities.
    • Drive market share progression through joint business plans, NPD implementation, and aligned marketing plans.
    • Utilize a digital-first mentality to mirror millennial and generation Z consumer behaviour.

    Financial Excellence:

    • Take full ownership of P&L responsibility, ensuring consistency in financial metrics.
    • Work within strict timelines, delivering financial commitments with a 'right first time' attitude.
    • Collaborate with retailers to track and manage external financial metrics.

    Team & Direct Account Responsibilities:

    • Engage in strategic meetings with key retailers, executing and managing sales plans.
    • Negotiate account-specific trading terms, promotions, and activities in line with brand strategies.
    • Increase listings, distribution, and visibility of the portfolio.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to improve account and category cash and profit.

    The Person

    Skills and Experiences Required:

    • Strong analytical skills and understanding of P&L and key levers.
    • Knowledge of the EMEA retail landscape and eCommerce environment.
    • Excellent collaboration and influencing skills in a global/matrix structure.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft software applications.
    • Strong sales focus and a self-starter with a 'can do' attitude.
    • Result-oriented with proven effectiveness in stakeholder management.
