    The role of Demand Generation Marketing Manager:

    This is a brand-new role in the marketing organisation, designed to create a best-in-class demand generation framework that can be utilised by the centralised marketing function and the sales function.

    Reporting to the CEO, this role will sit in the Central Marketing function, alongside Product Marketing and Content Marketing. This role will support key team and company objectives of:

    • Commercial Revenue Growth
    • Overall Pipeline Growth
    • Marketing Generated and Marketing Influenced Revenue

    The Demand Generation Marketing Manager will set up the company-wide Demand Generation Frameworks that will enable a more structured approach to driving leads globally. The role holder will be expected to build and deliver integrated marketing programmes using webinars, content, email, social, lead nurturing, partner marketing, events, and analytics.

    As a content-rich business, there is huge potential to build thought-leadership/demand-generation marketing programmes that nurture leads to the point of MQL, SQL, and SAL.

    Day-to-day responsibilities of the Demand Generation Marketing Manager include:

    • Take the lead on defining and implementing lead generation initiatives.
    • Grow new, quality leads by converting site traffic through calls-to-action, landing pages, and lead generation content (including offers), SEO optimisation, conversion optimisation etc.
    • Creating, managing, and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns leveraging SEO, social, inbound marketing, email, mail/print campaigns, word of mouth, and events to drive customer acquisition.
    • Design and implement initiatives to increase the quality of leads.
    • Management and optimisation of lead scoring strategy.
    • Establish closed-loop analytics with sales to understand how our inbound marketing activity.
    • Optimise marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through email, content, and social channels.

    To be considered for this role you must have:

    • Experience in setting up and running a demand-generation marketing engine.
    • Experience with a marketing automation platform such as Hubspot or similar.
    • Exposure to working closely with a sales team to drive leads is a must.
    • Efficient organisational and time management skills
    • Willing and unafraid to embrace change to drive improvement.
    • Self-confidence, drive, competence, and a willingness to learn.
    • Strong business awareness and commercial mindset

    • £50,000-£55,000

    Location: The position of Demand Generation Marketing Manager is based in London, you will be required to be in the office three days per week.
