Opportunity for well-rounded, commercial researcher (qual/quant) to join this immensely well-respected insight agency.

THE COMPANY:
An international strategic insight agency, with offices in central London.

Mid-sized agency working across the full range of qualitative and quantitative approaches and a range of sectors including financial services, life sciences, energy, professional services, tech, telecoms and media, retail and public.

Their work covers brand, communication, NPD and customer needs among others.

THE ROLE:

Very attractive opportunity for an ambitious researcher who may be at Research Manager/Senior Research Manager level who is looking to work within an excellent research environment.

This agency is experiencing strong growth and is keen to bring on another strong researcher to deliver great work to great clients.

It's a real opportunity to learn fast, be challenged and develop your career within a high quality and secure agency environment.

More specifically, you'll be helping win new projects through proposal writing/pitching, managing ad hoc research projects (mainly qualitative), presenting to the client and overseeing international studies.

You will spend the majority of your time on a key client account (financial services) but also other clients/sectors.

People are working in the central London office 3 days per week and there is flex as to which days these are.

YOU:
We're looking for someone with the following profile:

real passion for research
someone who enjoys keeping up with the latest thinking, enjoys variety and displays real curiosity

- previous research agency experience - at Research Manager or Junior Associate Director level
- qualitative research experience - running focus groups, depth interviews and online qual projects
- (some) quantitative experience
- experienced and confident in managing/leading projects from brief to design, fieldwork and analysis and reporting/presentations.
