    • Full time, 40 hours per week (Monday – Friday)
    • £22,000 - £27,000 dependent on experience + Uncapped Commission
    • At least one years' experience

    As the first hire in this team, our new Telemarketer will report directly to the board with opportunities for leadership progression within the team as it expands

    About You

    You will be confident, resilient, and persuasive with strong communication skills.

    Our ideal candidate will also have:

    • One year's previous experience cold calling
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Good organisational skills
    • Strong ability to build rapport with customers
    • Previous experience telemarketing for an MSP or other tech company is desirable

    Key Responsibilities

    As a Telemarketer, you'll play a crucial role in booking sales meetings and promoting a range of technology services. You will also be responsible for:

    • Cold calling targeted contacts from an established list
    • Registering attendees for webinars
    • Following up on leads after meetings with technical consultants
    • Calling webinar attendees
    • Updating the CRM system
