    We're AEON Energy, and our mission is to enable every community in the world to generate and store their own clean energy locally.


    To achieve that, we are developing an innovative product that allows islands to generate energy from multiple sources without occupying a single square foot of land space.


    Additionally, because our goal is to help as many people as possible, we are also expanding to other locations and have a second pilot project in Fiji, starting in 2024.

    You can have the opportunity to travel to some of the world's most beautiful places whilst working to save them.

    Your primary job will help us develop our offshore structures and associated manufacturing methods.

    From planning the assembly of a 20-tonne structure on a beach with minimal tooling to executing a wave basin testing campaign there will be no shortage of interesting problems to solve.[You'll be expected to help us manage subcontractors, both in the UK and abroad, where we will have the support of both ours and the vast Energy Catalyst network.

    MEng, MSc) in Mechanical/Aeronautical/Civil Engineering, or [MC3] [AM4] other technically relevant fields

    • Previous experience working in Offshore Engineering
    • Be based in London (or able to commute/relocate)
    Have simulation experience with Matlab, Python and/or an FEM software

    • Speak fluent Chinese
