You will help our sophisticated client base navigate the complexities of Mergers & Acquisitions, Private & Public Capital Raises (including complex multitrack IPOs)
An opportunity to learn about and travel to unique and exotic locations

You responsibilities:

Conduct industry research and analysis in the metals and mining sector with a focus on energy transition trends, including energytransition enabling metals, battery cathode materials / battery value chain, battery and metals recycling as well as traditional metals & mining
Support the execution of M&A, acquisition financing, public and private equity transactions
Assist in the preparation of pitch books and other client presentations with a focus on traditional Metals & Mining as well as emerging energy transitionenabled sectors.
Develop complex operating and valuation financial models, including DCF, LBO and Merger Models.
Take ownership of comprehensive valuation materials, including comparable companies analyses, precedent transaction analysis and market perspectives
Participate in due diligence processes on live executions and attend client meetings
Collaborate with other teams across the global investment banking platform to generate innovative solutions for our clients

Your expertise

You need to be graduating between 2022 and 2024. You need to have, or be on track for a 2.1 (UK grading system) or equivalent in your first undergraduate / bachelor degree.
It doesn't matter what you're studying. (Really, it doesn't.)
