- You will help our sophisticated client base navigate the complexities of Mergers & Acquisitions, Private & Public Capital Raises (including complex multitrack IPOs)
- An opportunity to learn about and travel to unique and exotic locations
You responsibilities:
- Conduct industry research and analysis in the metals and mining sector with a focus on energy transition trends, including energytransition enabling metals, battery cathode materials / battery value chain, battery and metals recycling as well as traditional metals & mining
- Support the execution of M&A, acquisition financing, public and private equity transactions
- Assist in the preparation of pitch books and other client presentations with a focus on traditional Metals & Mining as well as emerging energy transitionenabled sectors.
- Develop complex operating and valuation financial models, including DCF, LBO and Merger Models.
- Take ownership of comprehensive valuation materials, including comparable companies analyses, precedent transaction analysis and market perspectives
- Participate in due diligence processes on live executions and attend client meetings
- Collaborate with other teams across the global investment banking platform to generate innovative solutions for our clients
Your expertise
- You need to be graduating between 2022 and 2024. You need to have, or be on track for a 2.1 (UK grading system) or equivalent in your first undergraduate / bachelor degree.
