Are you a customer service superstar looking for a role within a small business, where achievements are easily regognised and rewarded?
My client, a fabulous privately owned organisation with fantastic product offering, are now seeking an experienced Customer Service Executive to join their current successful team.
There is progression available for career driven individuals and full support and training will be given when first starting out.
Role responsibilities:
- Answering calls
- Taking orders over the phone
- Covering the live chat system
- Speaking to the warehouse team re ETA'S, delivery queries etc
- Contacting customers to advise of any out of stock products or delays and offering alternatives products if needed
- Retaining product knowledge
Experience/skills required:
- Previous experience within a busy customer service department
- Strong IT skills and comfortable using multiple screens
- Fantastic telephone manner and strong writing skills
- Must be comfortable being alone in the office for short periods of time
- Will thrive working in an upbeat office with lots of banter
Due to the location of the business applicants must be a car driver with their own car
