Consultant - Business Consultancy Support - London and South

Reporting to the Business Consultancy Lead, the main purpose of this role is to provide support to a team of consultants focusing on the delivery of Business Consultancy.


What you will be doing:


  • Maintaining key Management Information design and oversight of all areas within the function including business initiatives and projects.
  • Overall management of the Consultancy process from Referral through to close and Review
  • Ensuring all central communications to Business Partner Leads and Field Directors are accurate and timely
  • Ownership of Consultancy collateral, ensuring it is kept up to date and is consistent
  • Preparing key documents and presentations as required and other collateral to support location meetings and other events
  • Management of Teams and SharePoint site
  • Project management of Partnership courses and events
  • Delivery of key initiatives that support the delivery of Consultancy objectives.
  • A varied and comprehensive knowledge of how effective business units operate as well as implementation skills and experience in a managing and prioritising multiple concurrent projects.
  • Strong communication skills, able to build relationships at all levels, clear and concise written skills and ability to review and edit documents for consistency and quality.
  • A financial services background would be preferable.
  • Experience of MS Office tools, with advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills
  • A high degree of complex analysis and problemsolving skills coupled with the ability to document and articulate findings and ideas to improve in a concise way.
  • Excellent time management and personal productivity skills, selfmotivated, calm and assured under pressure and a good active listener.

Special Requirements:

The role is likely to involve a small amount of travel across the area.
