Responsibilities:


  • To support the Finance Department in the operation of the firms Client and Office Bank reconciliations.
  • To process banking of all incoming cheques.
  • To ensure production of Client and Office account cheques.
  • To post all daily receipts and payments
  • To enter postings to the accounts system on a daily basis.
  • To ensure that all postings are recorded correctly.
  • To assist posting all bills and disbursements.
  • To ensure that all matter balances are dealt with in a timely manner.
  • To support the operation of the firm's credit control.
  • To ensure reconciliation of credit card payments.
  • To manage own work allocation productivity and quality of work with supervision.
  • To handle ad hoc duties as and when required including Spreadsheet work
  • To handle Supplier Queries
  • Posting Sales and Purchase ledger invoices
  • Assisting internal staff with general ledger maintenance queries.
  • Assist with managing various accounts.

Essential requirements:


  • 2:1 Accounting & Finance degree or passed AAT level Studying CIMA or ACCA.

£22,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
