Description
Responsibilities:
- To support the Finance Department in the operation of the firms Client and Office Bank reconciliations.
- To process banking of all incoming cheques.
- To ensure production of Client and Office account cheques.
- To post all daily receipts and payments
- To enter postings to the accounts system on a daily basis.
- To ensure that all postings are recorded correctly.
- To assist posting all bills and disbursements.
- To ensure that all matter balances are dealt with in a timely manner.
- To support the operation of the firm's credit control.
- To ensure reconciliation of credit card payments.
- To manage own work allocation productivity and quality of work with supervision.
- To handle ad hoc duties as and when required including Spreadsheet work
- To handle Supplier Queries
- Posting Sales and Purchase ledger invoices
- Assisting internal staff with general ledger maintenance queries.
- Assist with managing various accounts.
Essential requirements:
- 2:1 Accounting & Finance degree or passed AAT level Studying CIMA or ACCA.
