F&I Group has an exciting opportunity to join our growing business as a Flat Roofing Operative for one of our construction companies, Flowing Construction Services Ltd.

This role will consist of working on various flat roofing projects across the North East.

About the Role:

Flat roofing trade experience (required)
CSCS card (required)
Full, clean driving licence (preferred)
Ability to be flexible and adapt to change and work effectively as part of a team, with strong negotiation and problemsolving skills
Comfortable engaging with members of the public
Strong attention to detail

Key Responsibilities:

Daily equipment checks
Sourcing/collecting equipment and materials
Loading/ Unloading equipment and materials
Working within a team to complete tasks as requested
Ensure all flat roofing work is carried out constructively and accurately
Suggest additional repairs to Supervisor when identified and needed
To deal with minor repairs where necessary as instructed by the departmental managers
