About the role
Our client is looking for a Client Servicing Administrator to join an established Team. This will be fully office based.


This role will be responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate processing of new business as well as administrative support for existing clients.

This role serves as a critical support function for the company's Financial Advisers and serves as a trustedpartner to deliver excellent client service against the priorities of the business.


The Role's Responsibilities:


  • Work effectively within the client servicing team to ensure that high service levels are provided to both internal and external clients.
  • Manage regular communication with clients and employees both facetoface and by written and telephone correspondence.
  • Dealing with the daily administration and submission of new business accurately and in a timeefficient manner.
  • Obtaining and preparing client review paperwork including client valuation reports.
  • Utilising the company CRM system to ensure that processes are followed, and tasks are completed in a timely fashion.
  • Ensure that company systems and databases are kept up to date for audit purposes.
  • Proactively participate in team meetings and agree to actions where appropriate.
  • Work within the compliance guidelines set by the company and FCA.

You will need to be:


  • Someone who can work well within a team environment and under their own initiative.
  • Approachable, personable, and able to adapt to different situations, always keen to delight clients and improve their experience
  • A detailoriented selfstarter with a commitment to high standards of work
  • Thrives in a fastpaced environment
  • Proven administration experience, ideally gained within financial services (or a genuine interest to work in the industry)
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills as you will be dealing with clients at all levels
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, and Excel
