MBA are excited to be working with a best-in-class insurance company, assisting their search for a talented
Client Associate on a remote working basis.

The client is an industry heavyweight with a reputation for client centric claims management, technical innovation and leadership.

Duties/Responsibilities

Support and manage the customer relationship at multiple levels for existing portfolio of clients
Responsible for value delivery to clients including plan performance, account management and service results

To be a Client Associate

Support the development of client relationships
Take a proactive consultative approach to understand client needs
Demonstrating high levels of Integrity, Client Focus, Professionalism and Teamwork
Timely reporting and provision of management information as required
Excellent communication, report writing and presentation skills
The ability to deliver high standard results
Setting up new business including system and ensuring funds are in place.
Ensuring all documentation is in place
