As summary of the role is below:
Job Purpose:
- Carry out a range of administrative support duties within the Admin team at the Hospice
- Provide cover for reception
- Assist in a range of projects, as need arises
Overview of duties
- Carrying out a range of general administrative tasks sending out correspondence, photocopying, filing
- Ordering & managing stocks of stationery
- Call handling
- Answer telephone calls coming into the admin office
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports and document collation
- Maintain existing filing and management information systems
- Support event arrangements, as and when required
- Provide support to finance function, under direction from Finance & Payroll Officer
- Liaise with Executive Assistant to handle requests and queries from senior managers
- To work effectively and support the whole team
- Support projects within the administrative team
- Provide cover for reception

Up to £18,525.00 per year
