White Label Cocktails is a young, fun and hungry RTD cocktail manufacturer working with some of the UK's biggest brands to create exceptional drinks.

We are looking to hire an exceptional motivator and leader to our production team.

Someone that oozes enthusiasm for life, is willing to work hard to achieve their goals whilst having fun doing it.

Our team needs a leader, someone that can think fast on their feet, copes well under pressure and can manage their time efficiently.

If you have experience in food manufacturing, production or even hospitality this role may be for you.

The skills we are looking for:

The key tasks associated but not limited to this role are:

Leading the day-to-day operation of the Production Area to meet agreed plan and deliver on time and in full to our customers
Managing and motivating the production team with the assistance of Process Leads
Training and coaching of Production Assistants
Firefighting production issues and problem solving
Communicating any problems or obstacles that impact production times to SLT
Identifying improvements for efficiency, whether these are wholesale changes or marginal gains
Working closely with Technical/Quality to implement and adhere to company's procedures and policies
Maintain hygienic, food safe working conditions in accordance with the company's standards
Accountable for the health, safety and wellbeing of the production team and environment, adhering to the company's health and safety policies
Researching and implementing lean manufacturing processes
Managing and reducing unplanned downtime
Organising with Engineering planned downtime and preventative maintenance to reduce equipment breakdown
Attending HACCP/Management meetings
