We are delighted to be working with a highly respected Care service who are looking for a Business Insight Lead to join their team.

The Business Insight Lead is responsible for governing our client's data and Business Insight strategy in order to drivebusiness decisions and growth.

You will also be responsible for using data to gain competitive advantage, the analysis of trends and patterns in data will enable better targeting of care and support whilst empowering customers.

This role will develop customer-centric data procedures and policies and will involve working closely with all business units to collect, prepare, organize, and analyse data assets while ensuring that the company meets industry best practices.


This role will include:

  • Use a range of data visualisation and analysis techniques to present business insights that are both actionable and understandable to technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
  • Work with data owners to ensure data quality through measurement, alerting and investigating outliers, and data error detection.
  • Design, build and launch reliable data tools and dashboards that provide realtime performance data and insights across operational teams.
- ensuring continuous improvement, commercial astuteness, and inspiring the same in colleagues.

  • Understanding the proper assessment and mitigation of risk, including Information Governance, Safeguarding, Health and Safety and Business Continuity.
  • Lead employees in working flexibly and collaboratively across structural boundaries as part of cross functional teams, and in support of key functional outputs, regardless of where they sit within the organisation.

Our client is looking for someone with:

  • Working knowledge of SQL databases and PowerBI.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly identify and articulate key insights and recommendations to drive business decisionmaking with Stakeholders at senior level.
  • Proficient analytical, planning and execution skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Experience of presenting data and analysis, utilising a range of data visualisation techniques to communicate complex messages simply to a range of audiences.
  • An enthusiastic & flexible working attitude with a passion for metrics and quantitative analysis and a willingness to support others.
  • Practical experience and knowledge of a range of quantitative and qualitative analytical tools, with examples of having produced recommendations that led to improvement.
  • Knowledge and understanding of the practical implementation of the Data Protection
