- Support Business Operations, KPIs, and Transformation.
- Support specific events, planning, and execution.

- Construct relevant Process Document Guides, including How Tops/Single Point reference guides, and maintain knowledge of 'Best practice' methods.
- Support Ride and Drive Benchmarking events, which requires a clean driving license.
- Monitor office stock and coordinate upgrades (IT equipment, desks, lockers, chairs, DSE provisions, etc.).
- Support teams with IT hardware and software audits as required.
- Coordinate new starter onboarding and planned leaver offboarding equipment.
- Plan organization resources moves for co-location.
- Ensure office move delivery, ensuring all IT has the correct setup post-move.
- Manage software requests and filter application access to the relevant areas of Digital for the department.
- Act as an escalation point for IT-related issues within the department, supporting engineers and other colleagues to manage resolutions through our third-party supplier.
- Knowledge of IT hardware and software.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools.
- Knowledge of DSE connectivity end-user requirements.
- Experience of project delivery.
- Experience of Security Control for access to relevant document retention portals and restricted software licenses.
