Supported by a dedicated mentor team, the individual will work across all of the different disciplines within the company before completing a final project set by our Executive Board.

Opportunities for permanent employment with the company are considered for the right individual at the end of the scheme.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


MULTI-DEPARTMENTAL EXPERIENCE - You will be an integral member of the team as you rotate and complete training throughout each department and discipline.


PROJECTS - Each team will task you with project work which is designed to test your capabilities and improve your skill set as well as supporting each departments operational and strategic growth.


GRADUATE SCHEME PORTFOLIO - You will be encouraged to keep an up to date record of the work that you have completed along with your personal and professional growth over the 18- month scheme.


PRESENTATIONS - You will be delivering presentations to senior and executive management at the end of each section to demonstrate the work you have been involved in, your project work and your own professional development.


WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:


GOOD COMMUNICATION SKILLS - Our business is all about doing business in person, so you will need to be a good speaker who can clearly express ideas at all levels throughout the organisation.


STRONG TEAMWORK SKILLS - We are a strong team and the ability to work effectively with others is essential for anyone who joins us.


SELF-MOTIVATION - You must be able to use your own initiative and manage your own workload.


SOUND IT SKILLS - Applicants should be comfortable dealing with all major Microsoft Office programmes.


SOMEONE WHO MAKES APPROPRIATE USE OF INTERNAL

NETWORKS AND PROCESSES - And even better, can help us define new ones


2:1 OR ABOVE - Applicants should be predicted a 2:1 honours degree or above.


OUR RECRUITMENT PROCESS:

Selected applicants will be expected to complete a telephone interview during the week commencing 6 February 2023.

If successful, this will be followed by a face to face interview alongside submission of a project which you will be briefed on following confirmation of your panel interview.

£19,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
