- You will join the firm's successful real estate team based at their West End head office on a hybrid basis
- Undertake a varied caseload consisting of JCT contracts, warranties, joint ventures, developments, property contracts, forward funding agreements and transactions with interaction between the property owner, constructers and third parties such as social housing and energy centres etc
- Support the lead partner and be a key player with regard to the continued growth and development of the team
- Represent the firm in the highest regard through your expert knowledge and fine-tuned professional and personable characteristics
- You will be a construction solicitor with a minimum of 1 years PQE in construction law
- A sound understanding of construction law and a tireless motivation to keep abreast of changes in law
- Fantastic coordination, natural relationship management skills, and an efficient and organized approach to your consistently accurate output
- You absolutely must have a stable work history. This is essential to your application being progressed
