    Contracted Hours: Full time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday

    Here at Mole Valley Farmers, we currently have a new and exciting role within our Marketing team, you will be a key digital point of liaison between members, customers, followers and non-followers, across both our retail and agri businesses.

    As digital community coordinator your primary responsibility will be coordinating day to day operations of all engagement through our social media and digital channels, managing reputation and communities on various platforms.

    You will be based in the digital marketing team, but the role requires cross department collaboration and would therefore suit someone with great interpersonal and customer service skills who can support the ongoing strategic development of community management well as our expanding digital offering.

    The role will be hands-on and will suit someone who has good experience in community management and social, from either an in house or agency background.

    What you will be doing as a Digital Community Coordinator...

  • Engage with audiences on all relevant digital channels – responding to private messages and most public comments (except complaints)
  • Work collaboratively across departments to develop and foster engagement and ensure anyone contacting the business is responded to appropriately and all communications are on brand
  • Turn engagements in to actionable intelligence for the marketing and senior leadership team
  • Drive brand advocacy by ensuring content and communication is appropriate for customers throughout the marketing funnel

  • Proven experience in community and reputation management
  • Experience managing social media channels client or agency side and excellent understanding of all platforms
  • Experience with Sprout Social, Hootsuite or similar social management platform
