RetrofitWorks is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support a growing amount of retrofit projects in and around London. RetrofitWorks is on a mission to improve the energy efficiency of London's housing stock and this role is instrumental in successfully delivering these retrofit projects.


The
Customer Service Representative will support the Project Managers in delivering a high quality service to customers whilst adhering to all contractual and regulatory requirements.

You will be required to support the growth of the RetrofitWorks cooperative by working with future and current members, who will be local SMEs that deliver the retrofit project in London.


What will you be doing?
As well as being passionate about energy efficiency and retrofit, you will be responsible for:

Answer all incoming calls for all schemes, including but not limited to the RetrofitWorks Main phone line, and the Greater London Authority phone line.


  • Support the administrative and management team with supplementing administrative updates to the company CRM.
  • Making outgoing calls to clients to keep them informed of their ongoing journey through the procedure.
  • Customer service and care to our sometimes vulnerable or elderly clientele to help aid in the process of making their homes warmer and more energy efficient
  • Support other staff in maintaining records such that they are ready for external audit.
  • Working with other staff to support the upkeep of the company's CRM system (Airtable), as well as accurate inputting of client data
  • The filing and organisation of client and contractor data for each respective project


The role of Customer Service Representative would suit someone who thrives on delivering high levels of customer service in a fast-paced and high volume work environment.

With great customer service and phone skills, having experience with vulnerable or elderly clientele would be an advantage but we are keen to hear from you if you have transferable skills outside this sector.

We are seeking someone with a positive, can-do attitude who enjoys communicating with people at all levels to ensure the project is delivered in a successful and timely manner.

In order to succeed, you will need excellent communication skills with the ability to respond quickly to customers' needs.
