    Salary: £39,000 per annum

    Location: London, EC1A 1HQ

    Contract: Permanent, Full time

    Shifts: 37.5 hours per week, Monday-Friday, 08:00-16:00

    Work model: Onsite

    Purpose of role

    We are recruiting a Presentations Services Team Leader for one of our UK Financial Advisory, Banking Clients. The role requires an individual who has experience in being a people manager, has excellent knowledge of Creative Cloud, PowerPoint and Excel, good knowledge of Word, has experience of managing and developing a team.

    You will lead the creative team alongside the Senior Creative Lead, you will be taking responsibility for the management of the team dealing with, ensuring outstanding performance meeting and beating SLA targets and creating an environment that champions continuous improvement of self and team and team output, being responsible for upholding WL reputation and values so that the Client's requirements can be effectively managed, while developing effective working relationships with colleagues to promote a strong working team.

    Key responsibilities:

    • Management of the team, ensuring that all team and operational requirements are met. Manage team's performance, development, attendance, time keeping and conduct annual appraisals.
    • Maintain and delivering a 1st class service in line with the team and client processes
    • Manage the workflow where appropriate
    • Ensuring all process and procedures are understood and adhered to
    • Communicating effectively with the Client and your team, as appropriate, to help effectively manage operational needs and manage client expectations
    • Ensuring adherence to all departmental, company and client policies and procedures
    • Reporting operational / IT problems and ensuring these are followed up
    • Manage annual leave and shift planning
    • Ensuring weekly staffing is sent to the whole team and relevant managers
    • Manage team's performance, development, attendance, time keeping and conduct annual appraisals.
    • Completing annual reviews with the Senior Creative Lead
    • Developing development plans for direct line reports fostering the culture of continuous improvement
    • Setting SMART Objectives and Goals
    • Ensuring teams have regular 1-2-1's and Team meetings
    • Ensuring team feedback is captured and recorded
    • Ensuring a professional attitude and appearance (use of corporate dress code) at all times.
    • Monitor and manage SLA adherence in line with contractual requirements
    • Assist Account Operations Manager with month end processes where required
    • Taking ownership for the team and self

    Knowledge and skills required:

    • Experienced people manager with proven track record of excellent client facing skills and good interpersonal and communication skills
    • Excellent knowledge of PowerPoint, Word and Excel and creative cloud, having a back ground in Creative is beneficial
    • Excellent customer service skills, and standard of delivery, confident in liaising with clients, deploying good verbal and written communication skills
    • A proven track record of training and developing others
    • Someone who shows professional pride and is a dedicated team player
