- To understand the business needs and translate into tasks and actions that support the achievement of objectives
- Responsible for continuous improvement of the ERP system and it processes
- To manage Change Request submissions after initial rationale and feasibility against objectives versus practical/operational needs
- Provide maintain all required records (knowledge bases, change requests, support tickets) in our Service Desk solution
- Project management of key software projects within the Customer & Sales areas when relating to the ERP

As our Business Process Owner, you will become a part of a market leading enterprise, implementing and designing new solutions to help ASSA ABLOY thrive in a rapidly changing market.
