VANRATH are looking to for an experience Accounts Assistant to join a growing finance function based in Larne.

Reporting to the Financial Controller, this is a varied role that will also be responsible for the accounts payable function.

What you'll get Excellent benefits package Career development Life assurance Medical cover What you'll do Processing purchase invoices and ensuring supplier invoices are entered on time Assist with preparing monthly payment runs Run reports for senior management, including VAT reconciliations and aged creditor reviews Communicating directly with suppliers to obtain statements, invoices, bank details Deal with queries in a timely manner both internally and externally Assist with the reconciliations of daily, monthly, and yearly transactions Monthly supplier payment run Allocate payments to supplier accounts About you * GCSE Maths & English Grade A-C Experience * 2 years' experience in a finance * Experience processing a high volume of purchase invoicing * Excellent communication skills * Excellent attention to detail, organisational and prioritising skills For further information on this vacancy, or any other Accountancy & Finance job in Belfast or wider Northern Ireland, please apply via the link below or contact Chanel Gillen in the strictest confidence.
