    Oracle Cloud HCM Manager

    Our client the No. 1 Oracle Cloud HCM Practice in the UK, with a strong track record in driving Technology enabled HR Transformation programmes across global brands, has an opportunity for an Oracle Cloud HCM Manager to join their team.

    As a Manager in the team, you will be:

    · Delivering end-to-end Oracle Cloud HCM solutions to clients – advising, leading, and contributing to client-facing Oracle Cloud HCM projects

    · Gathering client requirements, designing, and delivering workshops, training, testing, and configuring solutions in Oracle.

    · Blending functional and technical skills with creativity to develop ideas into solutions within the HR Cloud industry

    About You:

    · Completed a minimum of 2 full lifecycle Oracle HCM Cloud implementations.

    · Consulting background would be ideal, although we welcome applications from strong candidates within the industry.

    · Strong Experience in one or more of the following modules/skill areas: Core HR, Talent Mgt, ORC, Absence, Benefits etc
