Description

Due to huge growth and expansion, I am recruiting for a really exciting and iconic business based in Banbury.

As the Financial Controller, this role is key to developing the financial strategy across the global business and supporting the Finance Director with continuing the growth.

Duties will include;

Leading the FP&A activities including all budgeting, forecasting and long planning
Building and updating cashflow forecasts for short and mediumterm coverage
Producing consolidated monthly management accounts across UK and US
Ensuring efficient cash collection in all markets to minimise working capital
Developing and overseeing monthend routines
Preparing and developing sales reports, feeding into stock projections and forecasts
Calculating intercompany recharges, managing transfer pricing and intercompany balances
Overseeing accounting, reporting and regulatory compliance for all companies for operations in the UK, EU and US
Ensuring tax compliance
Leading, managing and developing the finance team

You must be a fully qualified accountant with proven experience of working within a dynamic, fast paced business where you have demonstrated implementing robust controls and process.
