Senior EPOS Field Service Engineer / Team Leader / Supervisor


Looking for an experienced EPOS Field Service Engineer to take on support and team leading responsibilities for a team of around 10 Engineers that cover the service calls around the West Side of London.

Ideally applicants should live within the West of London area, although this is not essential.


Duties will include acting as an escalation point for your team, monitoring SLA's, responding to basic personal issues, sickness cover, rota, holidays, overtime, minor incidents, training new Engineers etc.

You will also undertake day to day service calls yourself, on a 7 day rotation.

5 days out of 7, working 1 in 2 Saturdays, 1 in 3 Sundays and a 1 in 6 Evening on call.


Package:
£26650 basic + £2000 rotation shift payments and either £1900 / £900 in Inner / Outer London Weighting (depending on home location).

Total
:
£29550 / £30550for the standard 40 hours per week contract + all additional hours are paid at x1.5 Mon - Sat, x2 on Sundays or Bank Holidays.

Full expensed company van with personal usage.

Pension, 23 days paid holiday and Private health.
