We are an education recruitment agency who solely focus on the long term and permanent recruitment of teaching professionals. We have an opportunity for a resourcer to join our team recruiting for teaching professionals across primary education. The role will be on a full-time basis and will begin as soon as possible. We currently work 3 days office based, 2 days working from home. We are a very friendly team with over 20 years' experience within education recruitment.

Recruiting new candidates for your schools using job boards and social mediaSpeaking with candidates over the phoneDealing with queries from existing candidatesOffering innovative ideas to the team Creating pieces of marketing to send to clients and candidatesEnsuring candidates are cleared and ready for workWe are a growing company and have a large new office in Long Eaton.

We are close to the A52 and a short walk from the train station.

The finer details of the job are as follows:

Working hours of 9am - 5pm Monday to FridayStarting salary between 21K - 22K depending on experienceGenerous holiday allowanceFlexi working between home and the officeWork phone and work laptop provided We are looking for someone who is committed to working as a team and building a career in recruitment.

No prior experience is necessary as full training will be provided
