A temporary post for 1 year due to funding hours per week. We are keen to employ a L3 Teaching Assistant (BSL) to support in addressing the needs of pupils who need particular help to overcome barriers to learning. To perform duties on a 1:1 basis or within a shared classroom environment. Our ideal candidate will enjoy working in a busy environment, using their own initiative, have a positive outlook and genuine interest in supporting pupils with their learning. The successful applicant will need to be registered with the Education Workforce Council for Wales before appointment. A Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check will be requested for this post. You will need a basic knowledge of Welsh. Reasonable support can be provided on appointment to reach this level.
